expensive or inexpensive depends on whether they design a web site or do they build a web site?
So u first need to decide if u want your site to be designed or developed.

Hi Tony S.

If you are going to design website in house then first step is to get the Hosting. Once done you can start the website development.
The website design has become very easy now, you can follow the easy steps by Mr. Lawrence here http://starta-website.com/

Well if you've been using Photoshop, it's really not THAT much different. There are some really good things about using it and not, so many people use both titles in conjunction with each other... adobe make it's pretty easy to do so too... yay.

But for the few things Fireworks has that Photoshop doesn't, use the help button F1. That will probably be the quickest route to all you need to using Fireworks to your advantage. If you've ever used Flash, then it's like that in the sense that it uses symbols -- an awesome feature that sometimes I wish PS included. Look into symbols specifically while you're there.

Here's one that I found doing a quick search: http://bestwebdesignz.com/tips/fireworks/fireworks-cs5-tutorial/ There are lots more. I used "using fireworks cs5 to build website" and "Fireworks CS5 tutorials" for my search query. Use whatever else you like and you'll find tons of results too.
