I am learning to develop my own website but I just need to know the process of the website design. Do I build the web page and then program the server side and functionality of the website?

    Id say build your database 1st, then the website, adding details to the db you left out

    If you are going to design website in house then first step is to get the Hosting. Once done you can start the website development.
