One thing we’ve noticed is that when people actually find out what kind of website traffic they’re getting, where the traffic is coming from and what people are looking at, they start to take notice of their website.
I can recount many instances of when we’ve reviewed website statistics with clients and you almost see their jaws drop. You can tell they simply had no idea what was going on with their website. If you think of your website as a salesperson, that would be like never checking on their progress and just keep paying them.
The first step is knowing. Knowledge is power. Assumption gets you nowhere.
